Webinar Description

Dr. Rosalyn Plotzker, MD, MPH, will discuss available at-home testing options for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and cervical cancer, treatment updates for Mycoplasma genitalium and gonorrhea, and STI prevention updates for both sexually transmitted Shigella and doxycycline post-exposure prophylaxis (doxy-PEP).

 

Learning Objectives

  1. Utilize at least one alternative oral therapy for gonorrhea
  2. Provide counseling on available at-home testing for STIs and cervical cancer
  3. Discuss methods for preventing sexually transmitted Shigella
