The Family PACT online provider trainings provide a comprehensive overview of the Family PACT Program Standards, policies, covered benefits, client eligibility and enrollment, and guidelines for ensuring compliance with program requirements.

Choose the Learning Track below based on your functional role:

Site Certifier Track
The Medical Director, Physician, Physician Assistant, Certified Nurse Practitioner, or Certified Nurse Midwife who is responsible for overseeing the family planning services rendered at the site is required to complete this track to certify a site. All trainings listed in this track must be completed prior to registering for the required Family PACT Provider Orientation.

Clinician Track
This is required for Physicians and Non-Physicians Medical Practitioners (NMPs), including Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Certified Nurse Midwives. This track is for practitioners not identified as the site certifier, are in good standing with Medi-Cal, and administer family planning services on behalf of the Family PACT Program.

Non-clinician Track
This track is required for non-clinician staff such as counselors, health educators, medical assistants (MAs), licensed vocational nurses (LVNs), and registered nurses (RNs) who deliver client education and counseling.

Administrator Track
This is required for front office staff such as office/clinic managers, medical receptionists, patient coordinators, medical/office assistants, billers, and those who certify clients for enrollment, and manage medical records on behalf of the Family PACT Program.
